Return Policy
You may only return any items within 5 business days of delivery.
We will accept a return only if you Contact Us first. DO NOT ship the order back to us until we give authorization. You will only be eligible for a refund if you follow these instructions:
1) First, you MUST call us directly to return any items at 855-457-6257. Do not email us about Returns.
2) If you received merchandise that you did order and would like to return it, you will be assessed a 25% restocking fee for the items you are returning. Additionally you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
3) All refunds are processed when we receive your authorized return back to our warehouse.
When we process your refund, we will be deducting the 15% restocking fees. You will NOT be refunded for the shipping fees you paid at checkout. Additionally, you have 5 days to inform us of the return. Once you've informed a representative of your return you have 10 days to provide us with a tracking number for the return. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
If the items your received were not what you ordered, please call our office at 855-457-6257 and we will email you a return shipping label at our shipping expense. You will not be responsible for the restocking fees in this instance.
About Our Return Policy:
We are not a consumer-based company. Retailers, Online Sellers, and Organizations are our primary customers. However, many times we have individuals placing orders for wholesale merchandise for an event or private use. We would be happy to be your wholesale bulk supplier for what you need, but do not assume we work like a regular consumer-based website.
We cater to the wholesale industry, and our customer service reflects industry norms. A 25% restocking fee is generous in our industry as most wholesalers will not accept returns at all.
We are a fair company.
